FUND RAISING EVENT
Global Achievers foundation organizes dance & singing competition to raise fund to help the poor students and do many social services in the society. We have arranged various state level & national level competitions like yoga,spell bee,chess,dance,singing,fancy dress,sloka,& talent exam etc. Through these events we also enhance talented but poor people in society. We create great opportunity and platform for achievers in all art of the world. All our success accomplished by our supporting parents, volunteers and sponsors.
The fund of these events will be utilized for the development of the education of the poor students & many social causes by GLOBAL EDUCATIONAL, CULTURAL & CHARITABLE TRUST.
MEMBERSHIP & PRIVILEGE FOR GLOBAL EDUCATIONAL, CULTURAL & CHARITABLE TRUST:
- To become a member of trust to avail all privileges, we request you to pay Rs.5000 for association membership fee. Yearly and you will be honored.
- All individuals, volunteers, sponsors etc. could be eligible for association.
- All members of association would be encouraged to do social service across the globe & get monetary benefits from us.
GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS
Registration & Payment:
- Participants shall enroll their name through online after payment by direct deposit/Net banking or can pay directly at our various premises.our bank details: P.Ganesh Kumar, account No.67134144013, SBT Bank, Saving Account, IFSC code:SBTR 0000530 on or before 17th August 2014..
- You can also send D.D/CHEQUE with filled registration form to our office.
- All registered participants will receive enrollment number which is your proof of participation.
- Participants can participate more than one event and category by paying Reg.fee Rs.200 per event & additional fee RS.100/person only for group dance.
- Spot entries/Late entries strictly not entertained.
- Reg.fee can also be directly collected at your premises/schools for bulk entries.
- Participants can show any age identification proof, must attach with registration form and age will be determined from 24/08/2014.
- Reg.no. would be same solo participants who participate more than one event.
- Group must register in Separate form online for group dance(classical, western & folk) with the name of the head of the group and other members and will receive reg.no. Separately.
- A group can have maximum 10 members only.
- Our members can avail fee waiver Rs.50 per theme.
- Those who want to become member to get fee waiver should pay Rs.500 valid for 3yrs.
Dos and Don’ts:
- Participants should manage to bring all related things like sruti box,karaoke for singing, song copied CD and others.(without karaoke also participant can sing).
- Marks will be deducted from original score if the participants fail to complete singing and dance.
- Songs must be in Tamil, English & Hindi language.
- The given time for all events should not exceed and category must be apt relevantly for singing and dance.
- Singing scores are obtained by following ways
a)Selection of song b)spelling c)Tone
d)Sruthie) Ragam f) thalam etc..
- Dance scores are obtained by following ways
a)Gesture b) Movements c) Selection of song
d)Creativity e)Properties f)Uniformity etc..
- Songs and karaoke must be in single CD to save time.
- Keep Songs and karaoke in another CD or pen drive to stand by.
- Be on time late comers will not be allowed strictly.
- Drug or alcoholic beverage must not be used and smoking is prohibited for participants & parents before/during the events.
- Participants can bring their friends and relatives to attend the events.
- Avoid double meaning & undignified songs.
PRIZES:
- Prizes will be distributed at the end of the each category.
- All participants will be awarded with certificates & medals. 1st,2nd, 3rd place from each category will be awarded with trophy and certificates 4th&5th place are considered for more entries.
- “CHENNAI SUPER DANCER & SINGER” is awarded for 1st,2nd & 3rd Prize winner of at least any categories of singing & dance.
- Special trophy will be given for participants who participate 3 categories and more.
- Participants are requested to collect directly their certificates, medals & trophies at our office in case of some reasons by them or by us after the competition.
- Male & female category is not applicable.
STALLS,GAMES,FOOD COURT ACCOMMODATION:
- We have arranged limited class room and accommodation for other district participants.If they inform at least 15 days before the event.
- Food court, Shopping & Games are available for participants, visitors & parents.
- Any kind of Non-vegetarian foods are not allowed in the venue.
- We won’t provide free breakfast & lunch for participants.
- Those who want to put their stalls, games, food court etc. should pay Rs.2000 as installation fee.
CANCELLATION & AUTHORITY:
- Global Achievers Foundation reserves the right to admit or refuse an entry without assigning any reason thereof and also cancel/alter any modifications on all events.
- Judges/Organizer’s decision is final and binding on all participants.
- The allotted time for every event may vary more or less depending upon any reasons.
- Registration fee will be refundable only if Global Achievers Foundation cancels the events due to unavoidable circumstance.
- No argument, disturbance & quarrel by participants are entertained and all participants are abided by our all rules and regulations.
- All legal proceedings regarding events will be done within Chennai.
